Dr. Samuel Agyekum Ghansah is a Ghanaian professional with extensive operational experience spanning research, field operations, technology integration, human resources, revenue mobilization, and nonprofit development. He has worked with NGOs and actively supports community-focused initiatives through his own nonprofit activities.
He currently serves as a Field Manager on a Harvard University research project focused on property taxation and local revenue mobilization in Ghana. Across his professional and social-impact work, he seeks to combine research, technology, innovation, and service to create practical solutions that improve lives and strengthen institutions.
Particularly passionate about education and empowering young people, he has supported children and families with school fees, examination fees, school uniforms, learning materials, and other critical educational needs.

He works across the implementation cycle — requirements, testing, field deployment and post-launch support — in ArcGIS, Power BI and Oracle Financials, and holds the R12x Oracle General Ledger Management Fundamentals certification.

A seasoned Revenue Officer with specialized experience in political research and electoral affairs training, he combines strategic analysis with extensive hands-on expertise in managing revenue collection, field data integrity, and enumerator supervisory workflows.
Driven by a genuine passion for grassroots fieldwork, Prince previously managed operations and field engagements with leading microfinance institutions including ASA Ghana. His operational background gives him an in-depth understanding of municipal commerce, compliance behavior, and community stakeholder dynamics.
Holds a Certificate in Auditing and is currently pursuing an HND in Computer Science at the Accra Technical University, merging analytical audit discipline with computing capabilities to optimize modern field operations.
